Commitment to quality earns recertification.

Cuba, Missouri, May 12th, 2016 – On Dec 13th, 2015, Meramec’s Quality Management System was recertified to ISO 9001:2008. The recertification* audit was conducted in December 2015 by the third party registrar, NSF-ISR. The audit highlighted Meramec’s commitment to customer satisfaction and continual improvement and growth in all areas, including new products. Applying the principles behind the ISO 9001:2008 standard in Meramec’s Quality Management System helps to ensure consistency in Meramec’s processes and products, and has helped manage the implementation of process and product improvements.

*Recertification audits are conducted every 3 years, and all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS) are audited. On the other hand, surveillance audits are conducted annually until the next recertification audit. These audits cover only certain aspects of the QMS.
