Not only does your larger customer base cause you to support a very diverse range of specifications (you certainly want to provide your customers with the product that fits their specific needs), there are many instances where they delay spec’ing CTs until late in the design process, and in some cases they change their specification at the 11th hour- shutting down production and possibly leading to late penalties. You need to know that you can have the exact CTs your customer wants, when you need them.
